Root Cause: The role.so domain expired and was not renewed in time. Due to the domain expiration, our team's notification emails (configured on the same domain) were not delivered, delaying our awareness of the issue.

Resolution: The domain has been renewed and all services are back online. We have implemented auto-renewal to prevent recurrence.

The website became unreachable because the monitor reported an SSL peer certificate (or SSH remote key) error, followed by HTTP/2 framing stream errors and a timeout. The checks failed from multiple locations, then recovered across all monitors and the incident auto-resolved after the system waited the designated 5 minutes.
